What are the most important things customers should know about your shipping process?
Our shipping process is straightforward. Once you've paid for shipping, you have the option to hold your box and fill it up further, or you can request immediate shipment via our Discord page.
What should a customer do if there is a problem with their order?
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us ASAP via TikTok, Discord, or email at hobopkrips@gmail.com. We're here to help resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.
What is your policy for returns or exchanges?
Please note that once a product has been opened or a card has been pulled, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
Are there any shipping restrictions or regions you don't ship to?
Currently, we ship to all locations within Canada. We are continuously evaluating our shipping capabilities and may expand to other regions in the future.
3 Month Box Hold Rule
If you decide to hold your box, you will have 3 months to ship it out. Towards the end of the 3 month period, someone from the Hobopkrips team will contact you requesting a response within 72 hours to confirm shipping and send payment or the package will be auctioned / donated back to the community.
Auctions
When an auction is held on the Hobopkrips live, the final/highest bidder must send payment immediately after winning. If no payment is recieved with an hour, the auction will be redone.
Give Aways during the tiktok Live
If you win a free Giveaway from a Hobopkrips Live, shipping is the responsibility of the winner. If shipping is not paid, the giveaway will be held for 3 months and then auctioned off.
